Guidelines for Abstract Please submit an electronic copy of your abstract in WORD format to

The submission should indicate clearly the purpose of the paper, references to related works and literature, research method and major results. Abstract should be no more than 250 words. Your submission should include a separate page containing: - Title of paper
- Suggested topic area (from sub themes)
- Name(s) of authors and email address
- Affiliation or institution
Guidelines for Full Paper - Text is printed on A4 or 8 x 11 inch with Portrait style.
- Using Times Roman 11 pt, apart from headings and tables. Headings should be Times Roman 12 pt. Sub headings Times Roman 11 pt.
- Using a 2.5 cm (1 inch) of margin at each side of the page.
- Justified format
- Not exceed 8 pages, single spacing
- Tables and figures should be in word processing format, void of colours or fancy formats.
Note:
- Papers and abstracts will only be accepted for blind review on the condition that the manuscript published, has not been presented or accepted for presentation at a professional meeting, and is not currently under review for presentation at another professional meeting.
- Authors are required to register for, and attend the conference to present the paper if it is accepted.
- All accepted papers will be published in CD (compact disk) and ISBN proceedings, provided completed papers are received by the appropriate deadline and conform to the format and length requirements.
