Chairman SEAAIR 2008 | It is my great pleasure to welcome you all to surabaya for the SEAAIR Conference. Your coming is in the right time, because at this time surabaya is celebrating Hero’s day. Many attractive traditional dances and traditional celebrations will be performed to commemorate the history of surabaya. Besides, surabaya which is also popular as the education city, it is close many exotic places. So, the conference is strongly hoped to simulate the local higher education institutions and overseas to build institutional capacity. In this conference, we would like to invite academics, higher education managers, institutional researchers, manager and CEO who concern in education and quality as well as practitioners in higher education to attend, to explore, to discuss, or to present paper referred to the issues on “The Insitutional Capacity Building Toward Higher Education Competitive Advantages”.
